The machine we provide is user-friendly, dependable, and boasts a substantial production capacity. CGM machines employ high-frequency vibration technology. This specialized vibration, achieved by directly applying vibrators to the molds, ensures thorough compaction of the concrete, resulting in exceptional mechanical strength and uniformity.
Following the vibration process, the machine smoothly overturns the mold (180°) and releases the vibrated concrete product onto the ground. CGM machines maintain a continuous production cycle, requiring only one operator to control the machine and another operator on a forklift to load the machine with concrete.
