EGG LAYING MACHINE

EGG LAYING MACHINE FOR CONCRETE PRODUCTS

EGG LAYING MACHINE

The Egg Laying machine utilizes a hydraulic mold system to manufacture concrete products. This system can be easily adjusted to accommodate various designs and dimensions, enabling the production of items such as New Jersey barriers, culverts, gutters, manholes, and kerbstones.

This mobile machine is specifically designed to produce large-sized vibrated concrete products, which can reach widths of up to 3 meters. It is also capable of producing reinforced concrete items in a continuous cycle. The machine is user-friendly, reliable, and boasts a high production capacity.

The demolding process for the concrete products is immediate and achieved by overturning the mold. Additionally, changing the molds is a simple and fast process, allowing for diversified production to be carried out on the same day using the same machine.
